This Redbird custom home was initially built as a spec home.  The home sold before we were even finished drywall!

The new owners own a concrete staining business and requested we keep the concrete floors. They would come back to add the staining later.

The design was similar to our other Lago Vista home construction projects. We used granite counters and tile throughout. The 3 bedroom 2 bath house features a soaking tub and a stand up shower.
