42′ x 80′ Commercial Warehouse Builder
We built this commercial storage and office space in Austin out near Lake Travis. The space has vented soffit panels which encourage air flow and keep the temperature moderate inside. The office area has an additional mini-split air conditioner/heater to keep it comfortable in all seasons.
The client has done very well with this project and has since hired us for additional work on other properties.
