Jewelry Store – Building Gut and Remodel
We were hired to completely gut the majority of this 7000 sq ft medical building and convert it into a fine jewelry store. The project took 5 months from the date of permit approval to completion. It was a complex project including major structural changes but look how beautiful the store is now!
Hair Salon Commercial Finish Out
The Cuts & Curls hair salon is located in Round Rock Texas just off University Boulevard. Jennifer leased a space in a newly constructed retail shopping center. She hired Chaparrel Construction to do her commercial finish out. Not only does her space look great, but we were one of the first businesses to complete construction in the retail center!
Convenience Store
Everest Grocery is a convenience store located in a strip shopping center. This was a plain vanilla shell. Our client needed to do the entire commercial finish out including mechanical and electrical as well as his custom cabinetry, kitchen prep area, and large walk in coolers.
Ann Taylor Outlet Store – Orlando, Fl
We were part of a team that helped create the initial build out of the Ann Taylor Outlet Store at the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall on International Drive.
Van Heusen Outlet Store – Orlando, Fl
At the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall on International Drive, we completed the commercial finish out of the Van Heusen Outlet Store. We specialized in the wall coverings.
MD Anderson Cancer Center – Orlando, Fl
As part of the team that finished out this state of the art medical & cancer center, the architect chose to marry together several unique and natural materials in each patient room to create an environment conducive to the patients recovery.
Metroplex Medical Center & Griego Family Medical – Dallas, Tx
We renovated one of the medical centers and were responsible for the design and finish out of another.
